Carrefour grants Four Million Saudi Riyals to its customers in all its branches
With its ongoing quest to provide its best and most special services to its customers, Carrefour the Saudi company of retail markets introduced its one of a kind offer in past month of Dhi Al Hijja, which was considered the strongest offer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at that time.
It was to give out four million Saudi Riyals to all its customers in all the branches of Carrefour all around the Kingdom.
The millions were given out to answer to the customers' wishes and satisfaction. The amount was increased to five million and four hundred thousand Saudi Riyals given out in just one month as gift cards to customers enclosed with the receipt of their purchases, and that depended on the amount purchases in each receipt for each customer and on researched groups setup to consider and suit all customers, and give them the chance to benefit from these discounts. For those with a receipt worth 300 Riyal got a gift card worth 25 Riyals, for 500 a gift card worth 50 Riyals, and for a maximum of 1000 a gift card worth 120 Riyals.
These cards could then be used in any branch of Carrefour to exchange it for whatever a customer wishes from any of the numerous departments there. This of course left an effect of suspense and excitement in Carrefour's customers, and left made a special mark on the shopping offers by markets in general and added to Carrefour's log of many other efforts to communicate with its customers.
